Cremer Coating

Rotary valve Lid of the rotary valve Coupling bearing half shells for Worm conveyor

We coat Rotary valves with metal spraying methods and various coatings, but mostly hard metal.

A rotary valve manufactured in machine engineering is given a high quality coating to extend its life by Cremer Beschichtungstechnologie GmbH.

Steel St52-3 or stainless steel 1.4571 or 1.4301 is used as basic component. These components are prone to high wear and constant corrosion depending on installation, calculation or media.

A rotary valve is used for feed silos, pellet manufacture, extraction equipment and many other applications.

As supplier and contractual coating company to the machine engineering sector we help our customers with the calculation, installation and choice of component for the wear and corrosion protection of the rotary valve with stainless steel coating up to 60HRc and with Wolfram carbide as hard metal for expanded life. The coat strengths can be from 0.15 mm to 1 mm.

We apply wire flame spraying, powder flame spraying, HVOF (high speed flame spraying) and arc spraying to spray coat the rotary valve. The rotary valve will not suffer distortion with our low coating temperature. In addition there is no change in joining with steel/stainless steel as basic component.

We will be happy to provide you with qualified, flexible and certified advice on the wear protection of rotary valves.
